Luke 13:23-35
(23-30) The Narrow Door
There are many who know of God and do good works in His name, but only those who know God through acceptance of His Son, Jesus the Christ, will be accepted into Heaven. Knowing God (personally) and knowing about God (generally) are two very different things. The first knowledge is rather narrow, but those who find it – from all around the world – will be blessed and invited to dine at the table prepared by angels in the glorious kingdom of God.

Favorite verse: (29) And people will come from east and west, and from north and south, and recline at table in the kingdom of God.
