John 9:24-41
(24-41) Jesus Heals a Man Born Blind
Christ repeatedly told the Pharisees who He was and where He came from. It is not because they lacked information that they did not believe. They refused to believe because they lacked faith and willfully blinded their eyes to the light and blocked their heart to the truth. The man who was born blind, however, quickly believed in the Son of Man because he had the faith to do so and an open heart that was receptive to Jesus and His words.

Christ was not a sinner. Christ came from God. Because everything that He did pleased God, He was able to do mighty works and perform amazing miracles. We are sinners. But God will listen to us and give us power to do great things, as well, if we are sincere worshipers and seek to do His will.

Favorite verse: (31) We know that God does not listen to sinners, but if anyone is a worshiper of God and does his will, God listens to him.
