Colossians 4
(1) Masters are encouraged to treat their servants justly and fairly because they also have a Master in Heaven, Jesus the Christ, who is aware of all that takes place. This command to treat others with justice and fairness, even if their position or status is lower than ours, should be followed by everyone.

(2-6) Further Instructions
We should continue in prayer, not only for ourselves, but also for others. And in dealing with others, we ought to show wisdom and make the best use of the time that God has given us. When our speech is flavored with the grace of God, we will always have the right answer to give to each person.

Favorite verse: (6) Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you ought to answer each person.
