Job 8, 9, 10
Focus Verse: You have granted me life and steadfast love, and your care has preserved my spirit. – Job 10:12

God has not only given you a body, finely knit together and intricately fashioned. He has also given you life in that body, a soul and a spirit.

And not only life, but also many blessings in life – education, family, friends, sustenance.

There are many things that seek to destroy you, but God watches over you every minute of every day, to work all things together for your good and to do great things for you.

God does not have human eyes. He does not see as humans see. He only seeks out our sin to save us from it.

God’s days and God’s years are not as the days and years of humans. With Him, one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

Do not take the life you have been given for granted. It is God’s love and care that has preserved you to this point. Without it, you would have perished a long time ago. From infancy to childhood to adulthood, it will be His love and care that will preserve you to the end. This is because God created you. He does not forsake, forget, or despise what He has created.
