Genesis 39, 40
Focus Verse: The keeper of the prison paid no attention to anything that was in Joseph’s charge, because the Lord was with him. And whatever he did, the Lord made it succeed. – Genesis 39:23

When God is with you, you will succeed, and not fail. He will allow you to find favor in the sight of others and His blessing will be on all that you touch.

Enemies may try to trip you up. Never mind them. Keep your focus on God. Don’t sin against Him. He’s the one who brought you to the dance.

Enemies may try to take away your external accolades, but they cannot take away your internal character. They may pull you apart from friends and family, but they cannot pull you apart from God. They may keep you from receiving earthly blessings, but they cannot keep you from receiving heavenly blessings. They may take away your physical liberty, but they cannot take away your spiritual freedom.

Even in prison, even while persecuted, God’s presence will make you prosper. His spirit will cause you to succeed. He will still show you love and still give you favor.

They won’t understand how you can prosper in the middle of pain, soar while surrounded by stress, flourish amidst famine. It is because God is your friend. Wherever you go, God will be with you. Whatever you do, He will make it succeed.
