Exodus 34, 35
Focus Verse: The Lord passed before him and proclaimed, “The Lord, the Lord, a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness, – Exodus 34:6

Let God remind you of who He is. He is mercy and grace, love and faithfulness.

Instead of treating you with harshness, He treats you with kindness. Your actions have no influence over His attitude toward you. Even when you do wrong, He does not remain angry. After hurting, He heals and He also forgives. Though He has all power and is in a position to punish, He extends His hand in compassion, not wrath. He picks you up when you fall, brushes you off, and gives you another chance to get it right.

God doesn’t leave you to make it on your own. At every stage of your life, He is with you, working for your good, and intervening on your behalf. Instead of darkness, He gives you light. Heaven instead of hell. Life instead of death. When He saw that you could not save yourself, He sent His Son, and by His grace you are saved.

The love God has for you is very plentiful. It is steadfast – meaning it is firmly fixed. God’s love is true, dependable, solid, constant, and dedicated to you. It is without end.
