Old Testament In a Year: March 31 – Deuteronomy 20, 21, 22

Deuteronomy 20, 21, 22
Focus Verse: When you go out to war against your enemies, and see horses and chariots and an army larger than your own, you shall not be afraid of them, for the Lord your God is with you, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt. – Deuteronomy 20:1

You have nothing to fear.

Whether you face a difficult problem or find yourself in an impossible situation or experience a painful tragedy, do not be afraid. When doing something you’ve never done before or meeting a person for the first time, do not be afraid. When someone or something seems to be “larger” than you, do not be afraid.

God is with you.

The God who created you and saved you and loves you, He is with you.

Encourage and strengthen your heart. Do not fear the past. Do not panic in the present. Do not dread the future. God is behind you and beside you and before you. In Him, you have the victory.
