Old Testament In a Year: June 17 – Proverbs 19, 20, 21

Proverbs 19, 20, 21
Focus Verse: To do righteousness and justice is more acceptable to the Lord than sacrifice. – Proverbs 21:3

Many people who are followers of Jesus the Christ are quick to say that they are willing to sacrifice their lives, or die, for Him. But Christ wants to know if we are willing to live for Him.

Are you willing to live in kindness with others? He asks. Are you willing to do righteousness and justice each day when you awake? Are you willing to walk by faith? Are you willing to forgive, love, and serve others?

Living out your faith is just as important and valuable to Me as dying for your faith.
