Ashley Nicole Smith is a southern girl at heart, sweet tea and all (yes, even the big hair). She was bullied throughout her life and shares incredible stories of her encounters in her book “Bullied yet Victorious: How I Overcame Fear with Faith.” In her book she discusses the topic of bullying, what she went through, how God helped her, and how God can help you too. Ashley has a heart for youth and wants to encourage them that they too are victorious. Her plan is to share with teens that they can overcome bullying and not give up on their dreams. God created them for a purpose according to Jeremiah 29:11 and they are wonderfully made according to Psalm 139. She wants to encourage teens that they are leaders and they too, can make a difference.
Over 3.2 million students are victims of bullying each year. One in four women have experienced domestic violence in her lifetime. There are an estimated 146,357 deaths each day. With all this tragedy going on in the world where can we find hope, freedom, and healing?
