Behind the Story: Rapunzel is a fairy tale favorite. It became even more of a favorite of mine after Disney released their 2010 twist on the story with Tangled. So most everyone knows by now that we love stories. Love is an understatement. We really love stories (especially ones that include fighting Wizards and fearless Hobbits) … but we like fairy tales, too.

Demi could have continued on with her career and hid her problems, she could have pushed all the hurt behind her dazzling smile and made us and her legions of fans believe that everyday was heaven.
